I was charged for my 2022 TurboTax renewal in November but it does not show in my account

I was charged for my 2022 TurboTax renewal in November but it does not show in my account Billing and shipping info, so I cannot download my 2022 TurboTax desktop program. I did not receive an email receipt or a CD this year.
