Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Makes perfect sense.  There's a different tax preparer who says that my Husband's State tax return isn't getting accepted because by filing married/separate, it's telling the IRS that either HE'S the primary tax payer. Which isn't true, because we have filed this way since we got married, and nowhere in mine does it say that he's included in my return or that I'm trying to claim him..When I showed her my last 4 returns and showed her that it is identical to the one I filed this year, then she changed her mind and said it's because I'm claiming him.  Nowhere on any of my returns does it show that I'm claiming anyone.  On the phone, she then said that I shouldn't have to give any of his information, but clearly I have to.  She said I need to go into my return and take him completely off of my return. That's also incorrect.  Since she said over and over again that I shouldn't have to give them any of his info, because we file separately, I think what she's trying to do is file him as single.  What do you think?
