Am I considered a head of household if I am single, no children or other dependents, and live in an apartment where I pay rent?

I'm filling out the allowance worksheet for the W4 and it states to enter 1 if you file as a head of the household. I am single and I have no children nor other dependents. I live in an apartment where I pay rent. Am I considered the head of the household? Do I enter 1 for this statement on the allowance worksheet?
