That's what I did last night with the assistant on the phone with me. Bc that question wasn't appearing. So he had me delete, refresh and re-add and question was there. I did all those steps you listed with the turbo assistant. Then he had me file. 15 mins later they both were rejected with federal giving the 30th date instead of come back on 27th like it said first time and the California return said Error - 1099-MISC. Hopefully the 30th they get it all figured out. It's silly they are making people go through this when neither state and federal seem to even tax it.
