Not sure the response below answered the question being asked. I have the same problem. I had to jump off of marketplace insurance in July due to us selling a piece of property which in turn caused my MAGI to increase significantly. My 1095 has a value in column A for August through December. There are no values in column B or C. TurboTax is saying that I need to have values greater than 0 in column B and a value in column C.
