I am assuming that you have multiple items in Box 14 from what you are saying. If that is the case, and if the NDFT is ok, and there is another item to add, click on the + sign to add another box 14 item, enter it's description, then amount, then scroll to the bottom of the category list and click on "other". If that does not solve your issue and you have TurboTax Live! Online, I suggest you call in for telephone assistance with an expert as they will be able to see your screens and note any discrepancies, if any.
