Can someone assist, my 2 year old qualifies as dependent but I do not get tax child credit. We are married jointly, military, child has been support his whole life etc.

I believe I meet all requirements but it does reflects zero. I don't know if this is turbo tax technical error or I don't understand child tax credit.
