It shouldn't be concerning at all.  As stated numerous times above you do not sign an e-filed return.  There is no signature for an electronically filed return.  You don't require a "saving grace" of any sort.  (TurboTax often has the data necessary from the prior year if you e-filed then as well and doesn't require you to enter any more than necessary to complete the identification process.)

It can't be accepted if the criteria that equate to a signature are not there, so clearly your return met that criteria or the return would have been rejected.
