The w4 can be tricky with multiple gigs. My best suggestion is to calculate a rough as you can. If you need to take out extra then "write in" a certain amount per each pay period to have extra withholdings. As a sub teacher, you will have unknown schedule. But to your best ability, give a guess to your every 2 weeks you get paid and maybe do around $100 withholdings extra if it can be done or try at $50 per pay period. Hopefully this helps
