I have completed your first post and provided all my assumptions were correct you can take that total and subtract the amount that you have already contributed $4,149.86 to determine how much more you can contribute. Your husbands eligibility for the HSA plan stopped on the day he was eligible for medicare so you may need to slightly reduce the calculation depending on whether he made it to 6/30 or he turned 65 before that day and was on medicare. If you are on two plans during any day of the month you do not qualify for a contribution in that month. Here is a link to Previous post
