After trying to file my Kentucky state taxes my screen goes blank after the end of finishing. My federal went through fine. I have tried on desktop and mobile.

There are no errors and it seems like a glitch. The screen is blank and if I refresh it starts all over. I have deleted and restarted my state taxes 5 times now and when I call nobody is helpful.
