And my other question then is ... my LLC filing with the SOS was July 7... so my taxes would of been due Oct 15th correct ? Am I counting the 4th month the right way ?
And then if that date is right my taxes are due again every 4 months on the 15th day ?? 800 every 4 months?
What's the next month then? Feb 15th?
