If you already filed in Turbotax Online, you may be able to login to turbotax.com in "google chrome" on your phone, and click amend change return, and the Personal Info tab will be at the top. "Safari" may work also. If the amend change return option is not available due to the timing of the year, you may need to download TurboTax Desktop to achieve this, using this link https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/.
If you already paid for the product, you can call TurboTax, and an agent can assist you with the download.

I have been through the software as mentioned above, and was able to verify that the Personal Info tab was there. It is a possibility you may need to login and click "tax home" to get to the section.
