If you sold the home or stopped using it as your main home in 2017 (or before), you should have reported the sale (or change in residence) in the year when it changed/sold and repayed the credit (if necessary) with that year's tax return. Once the credit is repayed you no longer need to report it on your return - that's why its just taking you back to Deductions & Credits.
