Is Quick Employer Forms using IRS Combined Federal/State Filing Program (CFSF) for submitting 1099-NEC?

Could the FAQ for the TT Quick Employer Forms be updated to clearly specify whether the submission uses the IRS CFSF guidelines? For example, CA requires us to file the 1099-NEC but if we "file electronically with the IRS following the IRS Combined Federal/State Filing Program (CFSF) guidelines", then it's not necessary.

 

The FAQ in Quick Employer Forms only mentions to check the states requirement for filing. And this page provided by TurboTax doesn't mention CFSF either and it sounds like it doesn't include state filing ( "...doesn't support filing any state employer forms, nor does it support printed and mailed forms").

 

Can a TT employee please clarify?
