H&R block saves the 2021 tax file as a .T21 file.
TT desktop software will not locate this type of file when prompted to do an Import/transfer when starting the TT 2022 tax prep process.
It actually says it will only look for a .pdf file for H&R.
Last year the 2021 Block software imported all the TT info with no issues.
If I had known this ahead of time I would have either kept using Block for 2022 or spent countless hours trying to get a refund from Staples/Turbo tax.
This is a poor way to keep TT customers
