I purchased a Costco copy of 2022 TurboTax Premier version and installed and activated it via CD to my desktop with no issues. Then I wanted to download the program to my laptop which does not have CD drive. Unfortunately, I got a message “This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads.” Since I was not asked to sign in to my account when I installed to desktop , now it won’t allow me to connect to an existing account for additional activations. Please help.
