When I try to get the refund advance from CK, I get an error that says they cannot verify my info. I am signed in, and both emails are the same for both accounts.

I have tried changing the email addresses (both accounts have SAME email), clearing cache, using a different browser, and using the computer. I get the same error every time. They are having trouble verifying my info, then I get sent to the We see you started a Credit Karma Money Spend account, would you like to finish? And the website begins sending me in a loop. All forms are available, I have done the review, and I paid with a debit card for my fees. I paid $120, now I cannot get a refund advance because of a glitch?
