I know everyone has been told it'll be less this year, but my refund has been the around the same since 2018; so why then is it half of what I usually get now?

I have gotten the around the same amount since 2018. Before anyone tells me that its suppose to be less this year. I know that but by half? Does that even sound right to anyone?
