Is it possible to talk to a live person at Intuit????

I've called their direct # three times today trying to get the system to connect me to a live agent. Every single time it basically ignores my request and wants to email me or text me info. I'm beyond frustrated. It shouldn't be this **bleep** hard to reach a live person.

 

I've tried saying "agent", "pricing", "price range" to get help about the different pricing options with no luck. These are the kind of companies a really loathe.  They couldn't care less about customer service.  What do I need to do to reach a live person????  Horrible customer service experience.
