I looked into this at well. It is possible I am missing something simple, but to me it appeared that USAA's budgeting tool was missing information or didn't have the ability to add in other transactions. Namely, we use zelle quite a bit and used transfers between accounts, which didn't seem to show up in its budget transaction lists.
