I'm not sure what you mean by "restart." If you already filed your tax return you cannot cancel it, get it back, or make any changes. It's the same as if you sent a paper tax return in the mail. If you need to make changes, you have to wait until the IRS has finished processing your tax return and you receive your refund. Then you can file an amended return to make the changes.
