3. Does TurboTax Full Service file taxes for Federal, and State? Also some local cities have extra taxes do they handle that?
4. Do they have a limit on how many hours and when they can work with you? How easy is to contact TurboTax if your return takes multiple hours?
5. Do you upload all your investment docs., and they automatically fill this out for "Full Service" ?
6. Does the service handle complicated rental house situations like a 1031 exchanges?
7. Does the service handle advanced investing trades like options? Coverdell withdrawals etc.?
