for 2021, you can't use the online program, its only for the current season (2022). You need to purchase Turbotax for 2021 to install on your own Mac or PC. You may be able to find last year's software at Amazon.com, or look for the link to "Products for previous tax years" at the bottom of this page.
Then you can either start over from scratch, or if you already started an online return, you may be able to download your partial 2021 tax data file from the online site and finish it in the desktop program.
