First, 1/5/23 is the expected date for form 1040 to be ready in Turbotax, but that is not guaranteed. Also, updates are sometimes released at the end of the day, rather than first thing in the morning.
Second, if your tax return requires more than a simple form 1040, many other forms won't be finalized for some time. There is a list here.

Third, the IRS will not open e-filing until the end of January, and the date has not been announced. If you file earlier, your tax return will just sit in a data warehouse until the IRS is ready.
Fourth, if you are filing to try and get your refund early, refunds won't start to be paid until February no matter when you file. And some refunds are barred until February 15.
Last, if you file with incomplete info or guesses, without waiting for your W-2 and other tax forms, you may have to file an amended return later. Amended returns are taking 6-9 months to process. It is much better to wait and file one accurate return when you have all your information.
