Last year I bought the 2021 version of Turbotax from Costco. When I brought it home and loaded it onto my computer I realized my computer was too old. I have the same computer now. I contacted Turbotax support and they told me to complete all of my taxes using the online version of Turbotax and then contact support and they gave me a number to put in so I would not get charged a second time.
I am wondering if I should do the same thing.
