@Polerjn complaining to the wrong site. USAA caused the problem and could fix it immediately by backing out their untested website update.
Instead after months of USAA customer cases and complaints they finally acknowledge the problem was caused by their website update and now they want Mint and all the other financial tools to incorporate the USAA changes and stop using screen scraping.
These complaints should be on the USAA community.
People who blame the light switch manufacturer for a city wide power outage, need to look at the bigger picture for the actual cause.
