@pdxtony - form 8962 is not 'final' -
TT won't release the final version until Jan 19, so it the issue still exists at that time, then agree it is a bug.
Look at the upper right corner of the form. it specifically states in big red letters "DO NOT FILE" - that is because it is not finalized and anyone who uses it to file does so at their own risk.
