I'm dealing with the same issue - I think it's as simple as TurboTax is not transferring the values from the 1095A form line 33a and line 33b to the form 8962 line 11. And, it doesn't seem that you can override these fields. Am I seeing this wrong, TurboTax can you fix this so I can estimate my taxes before the end of the year!?
