I used turbotax online to file 2021 tax returns and created 1040 form in April but due to some corrections I created amended 1040-R without submitting original 1040. I sent only the 1040-R in mail. So IRS never reviewed my tax return ( I got to know after contacting IRS). IRS said I need to refile my taxes but since the deadline is already passed I am not able to use turbotax online to file the return again.
my question is
1. Can I file tax return for 2021 along with 2022 next year using TurboTax?
2. Can I send 1040 and 1040-R in mail now to get my refunds?
which option is better and if there’s any other option?
