I use Turbotax Business for my Rental Property LLC and Premier for my personal taxes. I now need to create a 1099-NEC for my wife's caregiver but it doesn't seem appropriate to use my Rental Property business return and Premier doesn't seem to have that capability.
Do I need to create a new business entity and/or get a new Tax Payer Id to generate the 1099-NEC?
