Trying to open my 2021 Turbo Tax, I get an error message re/ a missing "Wnta config.signature" file. It wants me to "Reinstall this application". How do I do this?

The complete dialogue box: Unable to find the signature file "C:\Program Files (x86)\ Turbo Tax\ Individual 2021\ 32bit\ Wnta config.signature". Please reinstall this application. Note previous TT Folders were named Premier 2018, 2019, etc. Now (2021 and 2022) are named "Individual 2021".
