With all the issues mentioned going on with USAA and their recent lowering of the cash back from the great 2.5% to only 1.5% now, I think it’s time to switch. I’ll be going to the citi double cash back for credit card. Likely will look into banking options as well for my savings and everyday checking (direct deposit) maybe too.
