I just heard from USAA via chat functionality (12/01):
Recent digital updates to USAA.com and Mobile App for Credit Cards may impact the MINT app connectivity. This temporary situation is due to recent credit card page updates and their compatibility with MINT.
The Mint application uses a technology called screen scraping to use a Member’s USAA username and password to login to usaa.com and gather the data needed to power the application. Updates made to usaa.com can break the functionality of the screen scraping capability of Mint. USAA does not support screen scraping as a method for sharing data with applications.
Mint will need to update their application to include the changes made to usaa.com to resume collecting the Member’s data. Members can contact Intuit (parent company of Mint) to request more information as to when connectivity to your data will be restored.
