Mint is working to fix a problem USAA created back in September. USAA made changes to the credit card website which broke Mint and other financial tools from being able to retrieve credit card transaction data. USAA didn't tell the customers of the planned change and they didn't let any of the financial tools l know they were making changes that would break their ability to retrieve USAA credit card data. So much for ITIL compliance.
Why is everyone pinning this on Mint? USAA broke the connectivity and didn't communicate the planned change.
