Good news. Well better news than what I've been receiving up till this point.
I actually just received a phone call from Melissa, a manager in the website customer support organization and she acknowledged that USAA made a change that does not allow mint, Intuit, or any other financial institutions that pull data in the old method to be able to gather the credit card data anymore. USAA is working with Intuit to develop a fix for the problem which USAA has introduced. There is no timeline for this fix.
While this is not great news, it at least shows that USAA is now willing to accept responsibility for the change they made back in September which caused all the problems. That is more than they've done up until this point. While this doesn't give a solution for the problem, at least now I know that USAA recognizes and acknowledges the problem they have introduced.
Let's cross our fingers and hope we get a quicker resolution than we got for and acknowledgment of the problem.
Again, I'm hoping that USAA will do the right thing and get all the necessary information to Mint and other financial budgeting tools so that USAA's credit card data can be extracted from USAA into the budget tools we are using.
