USAA is the best company on the planet. I would say screen scraping is not the safest way to get access to private data. Mint should speak with USAA about sanctioned, approved, safe ways to access customer data.
In modern times, I have never seen a simple data connectivity issue take 3 months to fix and it is still not fixed.
I like Mint, but will likely be switching to another financial systems (non-Intuit) in January.
