The New York download for 2022 is currently expected to be available January 12. However, not all of the forms will be available at that time. Many of the New York forms will not be available until January 26. These dates are subject to change.
The way to find out when state forms will be available is to check the state forms availability table. (The first page at that link says 2021, but when you click one of the links you will get the 2022 availability dates.)
