Turbo Tax Deluxe w/State 2022 download, Windows 11
I installed the program a few days ago. It said the NYS portion would not be available until 11/17. On that day, I went to download and install. I went through the entire process, it said the install was successful, but when I go to use it, it goes through the download/installation process again (and again, and again). I contacted support which instructed me to uninstall/reinstall TT, which I did, with the same result. They then sent me a link to a TT NYS 2022 installer, but when it installed it said it was the 2021 version. In any case, it didn't work. They finally told me that the NYS program wasn't available yet. Can anyone confirm if that's really the case? If yes, is there any way to find out when it will be released?
