Does the 2022 tax estimate on the dashboard show the amount of taxes estimated to pay for 2022 before my payroll deductions?

I have substantially more income this year than last year.  It shows where to add new income but does not give you an option to add the additional taxes paid via payroll.  i think it might be using my 2021 taxes paid against new income. is this right?
