This temporary situation is due to recent credit card page updates and their compatibility with MINT.
Solution:
Inform the member that the Mint application cannot retrieve their account information
Common Causes:
The Mint application uses a technology called screen scraping to use a Member’s USAA username and password to login to usaa.com and gather the data needed to power the application. Updates made to usaa.com can break the functionality of the screen scraping capability of Mint. USAA does not support screen scraping as a method for sharing data with applications.
