yes - if you are due a refund, you can submit a 2021 return up until April 17, 2025! if you owe money, there is no deadline, it can haunt you for years.
At this point the TT system is closed for 2021 (but you can purcahse the desktop version and create the return that way) or go to the IRS free file site, but that site also closes shortly for 2021
