I just wanted to let turbo tax know since i've read all these responses that are honestly BS. I have filed correctly on my taxes like I do every year. This past year your system MISSED the EIC option. I went back to re-do my taxes and it was never an option and WAS NOT an error on my side. I received a letter from the IRS back in March 2022. I just received the IRS check of 5k and some change. I'm unsure if i will continue using this service.. You have charged me forcefully to get checked by a "tax expert" and make us pay when there is apparently a free option. This is still missed by your extra charge for getting double checked by an expert.. I'm very upset and please dont reply back with its an "maybe" missed or you might be owed letter. No that letter is to say that you messed up and we need to fix your error to get our money.
