Iowa does not have an estate tax, but it does have an inheritance tax - requiring its own tax form. You can read the details here: Introduction to Iowa Inheritance Tax | Iowa Dept. of Revenue
An estate tax is levied on the estate; an inheritance tax is levied on the heirs of the decedent.
I don't think TurboTax supports the Iowa inheritance tax form.
