What I meant by "pay through turbotax" is that I used the Direct Debit feature, so IRS or FTB can directly withdraw money from my bank acount, like this post described:

I looked into 2020 return files, there are places indicating that I'd like to use online payment to pay for my tax return. Other than this, I only have my bank transaction record.
