Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If your bank records show a payment to FTB for the amount of tax that was due on your tax return, they should accept that bank record as proof that you paid.
If your bank records show a payment to TurboTax, that is for TurboTax fees, not for paying your tax. TurboTax does not pay your tax for you.
You might have entered your bank routing number and account number in your California tax return to pay by electronic funds withdrawal (EFW, also called direct debit). If that's what you did, TurboTax just sends the bank information to FTB along with your tax return. TurboTax does not make the payment. FTB withdraws the payment from your bank account using the information that you entered.
