So it appears USAA is blaming Mint for the issue based on their update even though they haven't spoken  to me about the problem. The Office of the CEO representative Melinda decided on 10/12 that the problem has to be resolved by Mint and that USAA can't help with the issue. If she would have contacted me I would have explained why her assumptions were wrong. If my insurance details are updated and my credit card transactions are not and USAA passes my credit card status as inactive. It can't be a Mint issue. Since Mint is only processing the details received. The problem is USAA is passing the wrong state for the credit card and is not passing transactions to Mint (or Fidelity's full view) which I already told USAA but they are not listening.

 

I just posted another update on the USAA Community since at least the moderator is responding on the community. The answers being provided are wrong but hey it is better than the dead air I got from the incidents I had logged.
