I do have the same question. The choices are listed below which is listed on "Schedule E Worksheet" of turbotax when running the Smart Check.
- Single Family Residence
- Multi-Family Residence
- Vacation/Short-term
- Commercial
- Land
- Royalties
- Self-Rental
- Other
It also has another questions for "Complete For All Rental Properties:"
- Days rented at fair rental value
- Days of personal use
How can I file the options? Thanks
