What product did you use--desktop Deluxe (CD/download) or Online Deluxe (web version?) Desktop Deluxe (CD/download) can handle capital gains and Schedule D, but Online Deluxe cannot. If you used Online TurboTax, that requires Premier or higher for capital gain reporting.
