I had this problem too. I solved it this way:
- Click "Forms" in the top left hand corner
- Click "Open Forms"
- search for "Personal Information Worksheet", open it.
- Scroll to the bottom where it says "Part IV–Healthcare Coverage". You can edit this part, and the edits will be reflected in your Form 8965.
